I use Google Analytics (Google Inc.) to monitor and analyze web traffic and and the data can be used to keep track of use behavior. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this site, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Comments

When you leave a comment on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also you IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to Blogger by Google service to see if you are using it.  Blogger by Google service privacy policy is available here . After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Newsletter

I use MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC) as our message sending service. If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third party data processor. The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website’s own database or in any of our internal computer systems.

Your email address will remain within MailChimp database for as long as I continue to use MailChimp ’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email to jessica.multilingualadventure@gmail.com When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

While your email address remains within the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic  newsletter-style emails from me.
